Energy

Energy is the capacity or ability to do work or produce change. It exists in various forms, including kinetic energy (the energy of motion), potential energy (stored energy based on position), thermal energy (heat), chemical energy (stored in chemical bonds), electrical energy (from the movement of electrons), and nuclear energy (from atomic reactions). Energy can be converted from one form to another, but it cannot be created or destroyed, a principle known as the conservation of energy. It is a fundamental concept in physics and is essential in various fields, including engineering, environmental science, and economics. Energy is measured in joules (J) in the International System of Units (SI).
